5.    Initial discussion and agreement of the scope of our intended assignment

6.    Within max 5 working days you will receive from us a proposed contract covering the discussed and agreed scope
a.    This includes detailed scope of work
b.    Suggested time lines
c.    Deliverables
d.    Details of responsible contact person
e.    Professional fees schedule / payment terms
f.     Estimates related cost schedule – travel expenses etc.

AFTER WE HAVE SIGNED THE AGREED CONTRACT, THE WORK WILL COMMENCE.
